PS7 Scissor Gate
What is a PS7 Scissor Gate?
Similar in design and construction to the Standard, the Scissor has been adapted mainly for applications where low headroom rules out one single raised arm. By compacting upon itself a gate with a 3 metre overall width for example, stands just 2.5 metres high when in its open position compared to over 4 metres for a Standard.

Ramota Safety Pallet Gate
Is Ramota the safest pivoting pallet gate on the market?
Our Task:
Customer needed a number of pallet gates in a multi-tiered environment, VNA (very narrow aisle) trucks were in operation. Several strict criteria had to be met.
- At NO POINT can any moving part protrude over the floor edge
- Must take a pallet height of 1.8metres
- Must operate within 2.3 metres of headroom
- Must have a kickplate as standard
- Must comply with all hand-rail regulations
Our Solution - the Ramota VNA
Increasing stringent HSE regulations mean that, where possible, every conveivable danger must be reasonably guarded against.
With any standard pivoting pallet gate, the arms are at some point exposed to collision from passing traffic. At no point does the Ramota protrude past the edge of the mezzanine floor.

Model 30 Low Headroom Pallet Gate
What is a Model 30 Low Headroom Pallet Gate?
Much the same as the standard Model 30 but reduced overall in height. When your new or existing floor has reduced headroom and confined space, the Model 30 LH offers a solution.
These pallet gates can operate in just 2.7 metres of headroom, yet still taking a pallet of 1.8 metre high plus 3 way off loading.

Why do you need a Pallet Safety Gate?
Our pallet gates are designed to protect workers from a fall when loading or unloading goods at any height. Pallet safety gates are often used on mezzanine floors or other exposed edges in a warehouse or distribution operation. The main benefit of a pallet gate is that it guarantees continuous protection against an exposed edge regardless of whether the pallet gate is in the open or closed position.
To operate, simply swing the pallet gate into the open position to accept goods or swing the pallet gate into the closed position to remove goods by hand, pallet truck or forklift. There are various other forms of edge protection available such as removable hand railing, chains, or swing barriers.
