What is a PS8 Swing Leaf?
Heavy duty, highly visual height limitation that allows through access only to intended traffic PLUS total vehicle restriction when required, or site is un-manned.

- Hinge post constructed from 100 x 100 x 3 hollow section.
- Arms constructed from 60 x 60 x 3 box.
- Convenient locking/unlocking position for upper leaf.
- Fully welded with high viz powder coating as standard.
- Single leaf span up to 6 metres.

- Maximum height to customer specifications.

PS7 Loading Dock Gate
These gates are a highly visible warning, particularly suitable around Dock Loading areas where, especially at night, personnel and fork lift truck drivers have been known to mistake the dark opening for floor level.
For ease of operation the gates incorporate a heavy duty gas spring.
What is a Gas Spring?
When you opened the boot of your car, the clever device that stopped it falling onto your head is a Gas Spring. The gates incorporate the same technology on a larger scale.
Ideal for narrow or restricted access where a bulky counterweight can be dispensed with entirely.
When open these gates stand fully vertical, so no encroachment into the access area, reducing the risk of truck collision.
- Single Leaf up to 3.5 metres.
- Twin Leaf up to 7 metres (2 x Gates)
- Posts surface mounted.
Posts constructed from heavy gauge steel plate with 40 x 40 x 2.5 box section arms.

Why do you need a Pallet Safety Gate?
Our pallet gates are designed to protect workers from a fall when loading or unloading goods at any height. Pallet safety gates are often used on mezzanine floors or other exposed edges in a warehouse or distribution operation. The main benefit of a pallet gate is that it guarantees continuous protection against an exposed edge regardless of whether the pallet gate is in the open or closed position.
To operate, simply swing the pallet gate into the open position to accept goods or swing the pallet gate into the closed position to remove goods by hand, pallet truck or forklift. There are various other forms of edge protection available such as removable hand railing, chains, or swing barriers.
