Gas site safety is subject to extremely stringent regulation, with good reason. Many accidents are avoidable with the installation of the simplest of protection.
Cylinders should be kept away from potential hazards such as naked flame and impact.
Cylinders should be well ventilated, preferably in the open air.
Cylinder cages protect from tampering, theft and accidental damage.

Our cages have a number of uses from commercial to domestic. Not only protecting your workforce, but tools, equipment and presonal possesions.
We have standard panel sizes of 1850mm x 925mm (approx 6ft x 3ft), but can, and will, manufacture cages to your own specifications. Please contact us for details.

CONSTRUCTION

All cylinder cages are constructed from 50 x 50 x 5 angle. A thicker gauge than is the norm for greater rigidity and protection. Panels are in-filled with 2" square 10's gauge steel mesh (50.8mm sq x 3mm).
For maximum security and privacy of content, panels can be infilled with 3mm sheet steel, fully welded.

All bolt heads are enclosed within the cage to reduce tampering.

Powder coating is extremely durable, but for customers wishing to maximise their weather protection we offer zinc plating or galvanising.

INSTALLATION

Simple self assembly with full instructions. Cages are designed to be bolted to a flat wall. All bolt heads are enclosed within the cage to reduce tampering.
